Shipping Update

  • All items are made to order. Current processing time is 4 - 8 business days. Large orders may take more time. Please contact with any processing time questions.
  • Due to COVID-19, shipping may take longer than expected. Priority shipping which includes insurance is high recommended.
  • Write Me Wicked cannot guarantee delivery times, and is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
  • All packages will be delivered to the address on your receipt; please ensure your address is correct. Any packages returned to sender/seller will be resent to correct address at buyer’s expense.
  • Packages that are marked as “delivered” but not received, are the responsibility of the buyer and the buyer’s local Post Office.

Returns / Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted if we are contacted within 14 days of delivery, and the item(s) are shipped back in its original condition/no damage within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • The following items cannot be returned: Custom / personalized items, sale items.
